ABOUT 3RD PARTY ACCREDITATION
The Certified Professional Coach (CPC®) credential is conferred by Strategic Learning Alliance (SLA) as a assessment-based certification. Wainwright Global has obtained final accreditation for AASCB university graduate level credits in cooperation with Seattle Research Partners, Inc., an independent learning and research organization, and the cooperative arrangement with Seattle Pacific University as part of the SLA process. College credits for attending the WGI Professional Coach Course are available through the Ontario College of Development and Training.
Strategic Learning Alliance
The Strategic Learning Alliance credentials 3rd party learning-based certifications. This agency also supports several charity divisions promoting outreach to veterans, disabled workers, unemployed and other social-justice entities. The primary objective of the SLA is to establish independent verification that program providers use the PEAK Learning™ method to educate participants. To this end, programs are approved to offer AASCB academic credits through the affiliated members of the SLA.
Credentialing
The Strategic Learning Alliance administers 3rd party credentials for learning-based certification programs using a blend of subject matter expert guidelines for business performance (Board of Advisors standards) as well as academic merits to warrant conferral of AASCB (top 5% schools of business) credits for learning-based certifications (SLA Credentialing Committee standards).
Standards of Certification
- Approved PEAK Learning Programs – such as WGI Coaching course;
- Demonstrated Application of content matter established by the credentialing advisory board
- Achieved results through the simulated and situational-based certification experience.
